Restaurants were not immune to the effects of the pandemic. Many had to close, cut back hours, reduce offerings.
But as time passed, many entrepreneurs just went for it. They found a space, hired a staff, developed a menu and opened their doors.
So while we had to say goodbye to some neighborhood spots this year, we also got to say hello to some new ones.
