Neighbors don’t have to walk into Caribbean’s Shark to get a taste of the menu anymore. The drive-thru is now open.
The seafood restaurant on Greenville Avenue opened in March in the old Start Restaurant space.
Co-owners and husband-and-wife duo Mayra Orozco and Sixto Alvarado serve the dishes Orozco misses from her hometown of Guadalajara, Mexico. There’s shrimp, octopus, marlin, snails, oysters, salmon, snapper and more.
The only fried items are limited to the kid’s menu.
