Woodrow Wilson High School graduate Ryder Billings and his fellow Yale University Alley Cats singing group will be appearing at Woodrow Jan. 11 at 7 p.m. as a fund-raiser for the Woodrow music department. Tickets are $10 and are available online. If you click on the ticket-buying link, Billings is pictured on the right; he’s a manager with the singing group.
The Alley Cats are a Glee-like singing group that travels the world during school breaks; they’ll be performing with Woodrow’s Variations singing group. Billings is a 2010 Woodrow graduate and Gates Scholar. His parents still live in the neighborhood.
