For the first time in Woodrow Wilson Dance history, 22 dancers will perform at the 97th Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
Dancers from the high school will fly out to the big apple on Nov. 18 to perform amongst thousands of other student dancers across the nation.
The team will spend a week in the city to prepare for their big performance. In addition to their dance show, these dancers will have the opportunity to see Broadway shows and performances by the Rockettes.
The 97th Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade will air at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 23 and can be watched on NBC and Peacock.
