On Nov. 12, a 46-year-old man was fatally shot in Old East Dallas.
At around 11:40 a.m. officers responded to a shooting call in the 800 block of Wayne St. where police found 46-year-old Renne Gonzalez.
The preliminary investigation determined an unknown suspect shot the victim before leaving the location, police said.
Gonzalez was transported to a local hospital, where he died from his injuries, police said.
Police have not given any description of the shooter or other details from the shooting.
