The doughnut shop will have an official grand opening on Monday, Nov. 20, on 1806 Greenville Avenue, Suite 120. Doors will open at 8 a.m. on Monday.

The doughnut shops’s new location was announced last summer. The site appeared to be nearing completion with construction finishes and “we are hiring” notices placed on the front of Voodoo Doughnut last week.

“It’s been a long time coming,” CEO Chris Schultz said in a press release. “We’re very excited to finally bring some of that Voodoo Magic to the city of Dallas,” Schultz continued.

Once the Lower Greenville location opens, it will become the first Voodoo Doughnut in Dallas and the eighth one in Texas. The shop offers over 50 doughnut flavors and about half are vegan alternatives.

The interiors of the Greenville site feature sparkling chandeliers, spinning jewel-like cases with various sweet options, eclectic wallpaper and a black velvet painting with a nod to a Dallas native.
