The East Dallas Christian Church’s annual concert series fundraiser is from 3-5 p.m. Saturday, June 4. A jazz vibraphonist will perform. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children and include hors d’oeurves. A silent auction includes a Schwinn Stingray bike and many other items. Plus, they’re raffling a stay at the Ritz Carlton and dinner and breakfast at Fearing’s, which is valued at $450. Raffle tickets are $5. The Magdalen House celebrates its 24th anniversary with a party from 1-4 p.m. at the Elks Lodge. “Maggie’s House” offers a free place for women to detox from alcohol. They are seeking donations for a raffle and silent auction at the party. To make a donation, call 214.324.9261.
The “LoterÃa, LoterÃa” exhibit at the Bath House Cultural Center closes after Saturday, June 4. The exhibit includes work based on the Mexican board game “La LoterÃa” from 54 local artists. Gallery hours are noon-6 p.m.
The biannual Dallas Clothing Exchange is from noon-5 p.m. Saturday at First United Lutheran Church. For every bag of clothes you bring, you get a bag to fill with clothing. To avoid a line on the day of the exchange, drop off clothes today or Friday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
White Rock Lake Centennial Celebration activities this weekend include Family Fun Fitness Day, a self-guided water-wise landscape tour, Family Fun Kite Day and historic tours of the lake on Saturday and Sunday.
