Saturday, there will be tours of the pump stations and White Rock Lake in the afternoon led by by Sally Rodriguez, author of White Rock Lake: Images of America. Kids are invited to an all out fitness extravaganza with archery demonstrations, bounce houses, sports activities and arts and crafts. Sunday there will be a kite festival complete with kite flying, kite making, food and fun along with a tour of White Rock Lake in the afternoon.

And it’s also ‘Learn to Row’ day.
