Kettlebell-Centric, the Dallas-based studio for kettlebell, self-defense and strength training, has moved to East Dallas.
Kettlebell is now located at 5830 Abrams Road at the corner of Northwest Highway and Abrams. It offers fitness courses for all levels in classes with a low instructor-student ratio. Private instruction is also available.
The studio is owned and operated by East Dallas neighbor Wade Padgett, a former self-proclaimed body abuser and “reformed Crossfitter” turned fitness pro.
He has been instructing for more than five years and his resume includes: Level I StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor (SFG), a Certified Functional Movement Screener (CK-FMS), a MovNat Level II certified trainer and a MovNat Combatives Instructor. Right now he is working on is Precision Nutrition certification after recently becoming an Amazing 12 coach.
