A couple weeks ago, we said we’d heard rumors about the Ginger Man Bar looking at the old Angelo’s space. We just talked with Steve Schiff with the Ginger Man, and he says, at this point nothing is settled, but they hope to have some news in the next week or two.
“We’ve actually been looking aggressively in Lakewood for a year or two, but it’s such a small area to try to find a space in,” Schiff says.
“We’ve been looking at the location you’re talking about (the old Angelo’s location) and talking with the landlord, but we don’t know until we know. But we might know more in a week or two.”
He says he’d be happy to let us know the final verdict once something is settled, so check back for more details.
