  • School newsletters are rife with reminders about joining the school PTA in order to be a part of the various student directory, so consider this another friendly nudge: Don’t forget to sign up for your school’s PTA this week.
  • The Dallas Morning News posted a slideshow of this year’s seniors at Woodrow Wilson’s High School painting their parking spaces.
  • Kyle Rains shared this news nugget with us: KNOE.com, which is Channel 8 in Monroe, Louisiana, reported that Monroe City School Board has named Brent Vidrine as the next superintendent of schools. It’s not mentioned in the story, but Rains pointed out that Vidrine is the former assistant principal at Woodrow Wilson. Vidrine does give Woodrow a mention in his bio.
