A new post-acute psychiatric hospital, PAM Voyages, is underway in Old East Dallas. The project is estimated to open in early 2025, according to the Dallas Morning News.
Prevarian, a healthcare and senior housing real estate development company located in Bryan Place is leading the development of the hospital.
PAM Voyages Behavioral Health of Dallas offers a full-service behavioral health hospital to guide seniors and those with complex medical challenges toward wellness through group therapy, individualized treatment and experienced professionals.
The new hospital includes converting the first three parking levels to include hospital support space as well as an athletic court and multi-purpose space.
