New businesses are coming soon to Mockingbird Station.
The news comes after reports of businesses leaving the shopping center over the past few months — Gap, Outside, Texas and Victoria’s Secret, for example.
But in the past, The Advocate has reported that Stretch Lab, the Finch, Sekushi and Hack Shack are planned for Mockingbird Station.
360 Brunch House is moving into suite 160, next to the Woodhouse Day Spa. Serving breakfast and lunch, the restaurant’s menu includes omelets, eggs Benedict, pancakes, waffles, tacos, salads, sandwiches, burgers and more.
Sandbox VR will allow groups of up to six participants to visit different virtual worlds and experience action. Using Hollywood motion capture cameras, 3D precision body trackers, custom hardware and haptic suits, the company makes people “temporarily forget reality.” It will open at 5321 E. Mockingbird Lane, Suite 110.
Hydrate IV Bar offers IV Therapy, NAD+ IV Therapy and injections, all administered by registered nurses. It plans to open in May 2022. It will be located at 5331 E. Mockingbird Lane Suite 110.
Editor’s note (March 4): An earlier version of this story reported that One Medical plans to move into the shopping center, as the business was listed as “coming soon” on Mockingbird Station’s online directory. But an agreement has not yet been finalized. We will update when we learn more.
