Victoria’s Secret permanently closed at Mockingbird Station.

The store put a sign on its door. No reason was provided for the closure — just, “we apologize for any inconvenience.”

Now, neighbors will have to drive to NorthPark Center to get a $40 T-shirt bra.

According to USA Today, about 250 locations were shuttered in 2020, and the company planned to close 30-50 more in the United States in 2021.

Locally, this is the second retailer in Mockingbird Station to announce a closure in the past couple of months. The Advocate reported in December that Gap, which is right next door, planned to close this month.

However, several new businesses have moved in to the shopping center.

Fit Social Club just opened a spot there, and Mane salon is open. Several restaurants, including The Finch and Wulf Burger, are slated to open this year.
