Bocado, a Mexican tapas restaurant, is slated for the former Dahlia Bar & Bistro on 3300 Ross Ave. The new concept reshaped the space early last week, less than a month after Dahlia’s closed.
The tapas place aims to open its doors for regular dining sometime this week. The unfurnished restaurant hosted a friends and family event for a sneak peek Saturday, Dec. 30. Â
Cold dishes like Sashimi Shlomo and tuna watermelon will be included on the menu. The menu includes Appetizers and main courses such as taco charrito, Medusa octopus and black sea bass.
Dahlia Bar & Bistro has not responded to questions about closing. Additionally, their website is no longer in service and their Instagram has been deactivated.
