On Monday, Jan.1, officers responded to a fatal shooting call at an apartment in Old East Dallas at around 3 p.m., police said.
Police arrived at the 3500 block of Ross Avenue, near McCoy Street, where they found 21-year-old Carlos Rogue shot. Roque was pronounced dead at the scene, according to Dallas Fire-Rescue.
No additional information about the shooting or potential suspects is available.
