A new frozen yogurt shop is open in Lakewood, just in time for summer.
Yogurtland opened May 25 at the Lakewood Shopping Center with 16 flavors of soft serve and sorbet. Eight self-serve dispensers, with two flavors each, include options like plain tart, vanilla, chocolate, Dutch chocolate, cheesecake, strawberry, blueberry lavender and birthday cake, CultureMap reported.
The California-based chain has more than 200 possible flavors, which include more exotic options like dragon passion fruit and hibiscus pear tart. The shop also offers no sugar added and gluten-free options.
In addition to frozen yogurt, customers can try self-serve shakes that come in two flavors, vanilla and cold brew coffee.
Frozen yogurt returns to the shopping center at 1910 Abrams Road after the previous tenant, Yumilicious, closed, according to CultureMap.
