White Rock Coffee, just announced its second location’s grand opening weekend Aug. 26-28, but — hint — it’s already open. I guess now we can expect a line, but it might be worth it, as the coffee kings are offering $2 small lattes, $2 small brewed coffee and muffin combo, and $1 large iced tea that weekend. Hmmm.
