Tietze Swimming Pool is hosting a summer “Dive-In Movie,” featuring “Frozen,” this Friday, June 27. The movie is free with pool admission. Plan to pack snacks, maybe a raft, and cool off watching the perfect Texas summer movie. The show will start between 8:30 and 9 p.m. when it gets dark. Tietze pool is located at 6115 Llano.
Check out “On the Phone…” art exhibit at Half Price Books on Northwest Highway. “On the Phone…” is a unique art exhibit showcasing the work of Half Price Books’ Texas regional manager, Lorene Nash. The exhibit features a collection of 20 colorful and intriguing hand-drawn doodles, created during phone conversations in Nash’s office. Exhibition continues through July 31.
