A demolish permit was issued on Oct. 17 for the Hutsell at 7226 Lakewood, the scheduled demolition is scheduled to “demolish structure and clear lot” the week of the 23rd, local residents are bothered.

What was once an eclectic, vintage space full of murals, vibrant tiles and  unique designs is now a gloom vacant space with what residents suggest could have been charming real estate.
