Allen Gwinn at Dallas.org has another scoop in the DISD credit card mess. He follows up on a item that Jim Schutze posted the other day.
The DISD, apparently, had little interest in fixing the program that issued 1,700 cards to district personnel with little oversight. It just wanted to find someone to blame, who turned out to be former quality control office director Sherri Brokaw.
