Son of a Butcher has debuted three new menu offerings at its Lowest Greenville location.
The items have been rolling out over the past couple of weeks, but they were officially added to the menu Monday.
To complement the slider sleeve, a dozen sliders of up to four flavors, the slider bar is selling the fry sleeve. It’s an extra-large order of crispy waffle fries. Buffalo blue, nacho and cheese flavors are available for $20, and a plain version costs $15.
The comeback is a new slider. At $3.95, it comes with fried chicken, American cheese, comeback sauce and pickles.
Margaritas have become permanent parts of the menu. They cost $7 and can be served frozen or on the rocks.
The Lowest Greenville location, which is pet-friendly, opened in 2020 in the former Melios Bros Char Bar space. It is the second location of the restaurant, with the other at Legacy Hall in Plano.
Son of a Butcher is located at 2026 Greenville Ave. It’s right next to Eddie’s Tex-Mex Cocina, which opened in early July.
