It’s one thing to read about City Council candidates; it’s another to hear from them in person. Given the crowded field in the May 9 election, opportunities abound to attend a forum or meet-and-greet that’s a little more up close and personal. (In the same vein, the Advocate soon will publish a video series featuring each candidate — a bit of a twist on the traditional Q&A format. Stay tuned!)
All of the following forums are limited to District 9 candidates (Darren Boruff, Mark Clayton, Christopher Jackson, Will Logg and Sam Merten) unless otherwise noted. All voters registered by April 9 can participate in the election.
