Preservation Dallas named seven East Dallas properties, including The Gaston, Bella Villa Apartments and Bowlski’s at the Lakewood Theater, among its 2020 awardees for preservation achievement.
The awards will be given in a ceremony at 6 p.m. May 28 at the Block House.
It’s unclear if City of Dallas measures to curb the coronavirus will allow the event to proceed as scheduled, but the winners still deserve recognition.
