Palmer’s is one of many new Nashville hot chicken restaurants to open in Dallas over the past few months, along with Lucky’s Nashville Hot Chicken and Gus’s World Famous Fried Chicken. At Palmer’s, guests can order all proteins at four heat levels; naked (no heat), novice (mild), Nashville (medium heat) and napalm (the hottest).

Lighter entrees include wraps, salads and street tacos.

For sides, guests can choose traditional southern sides, including macaroni and cheese, maple baked beans, pimento cheese grits and more.

Signature cocktails include the basic cucumber collins, the mint julep and the pineapple beesting. They will also offer a signature frosé made famous at restaurant Porch in St. Simon’s Island, Georgia.

Outside will boast a 1,400 square-foot covered patio with large fans during the summer and heaters during the winter. Fortune plans to add giant Jenga and Connect Four games “once it is safe.”

“We hope that our Southern comfort food and hospitality make guests feel right at home when they are dining with us,” said Fortune in a statement. “Even if customers are picking up to-go, our goal is they take that first bite when they get home and feel a sense of comfort and familiarity.”

Palmer’s Hot Chicken is located at 6465 E. Mockingbird Lane, Suite 316, Dallas.
