The Dallas Business Journal reports that three new restaurants are opening on Henderson along what is fast becoming one of the most trendy yet casual dining strips in Dallas. Fish City Grill, an Italian restaurant called Pulcinella, and Capitol Pub, from the guy who owns the Old Monk, the Dubliner, and Idle Rich Pub, are all opening later this year in the vicinity of/across the street from the Old Monk. Two of the restaurants are opening in a property completely refurbished by Andres Properties; the story reports that the remodeling actually created 100 additional parking spaces — the only real shortcoming of the area.
