The Tietze Pool, the crown jewel of Tietze Park off Skillman in East Dallas, is set to receive a full redesign. If you want to learn more and offer your input, there’s a meeting tomorrow, Feb. 9. It’ll be the first of three community meetings. Lisa Marshall, the president of Friends of Tietze Park, says the designers are in the early planning stages right now, but they’ve already received some community input, including the importance of maintaining historical integrity while providing more space for swim lessons, more lap and competition swimming, as well as more space for toddlers, adults, teenagers, and group activities.
