Members of the Dallas City Council are holding a discussion on homelessness.
Join District 9 City Councilwoman Paula Blackmon, District 10 City Councilman Adam McGough and District 11 City Councilwoman Jaynie Schultz for a listening session Aug. 9. The virtual meeting begins at 5:30 p.m.
