Construction is ongoing in a space at Mockingbird Station to make way for a liquor store.
Crews were inside renovating suite 180 at 5331 E. Mockingbird Lane, and on the window, there’s a sign requesting an inspection for a certificate of occupancy. A permit for an alcohol certification was also issued.
According to City records available online, the name of the business is Perrault Dallas. The Mockingbird Station directory has it listed as Perrault Beverage.
The last business to apply for a CO at this site, next door to The Woodhouse Day Spa, was Verizon.
