Jones Lang LaSalle is marketing the buildings, which include about 124,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, the Dallas Morning News reported. Also included in the sale is about 4 acres of undeveloped blocks. The properties have been owned by Los Angeles-based CIM Group and its partner, Open Realty Advisors, since 2012.

About 80% of the properties are leased by tenants such as Sprouts, Henderson Tap House, Tecovas and Fireside Pies. They cover about 10 blocks from Central Expressway to Ross Avenue.

Though the undeveloped space was approved for development by the Dallas City Council in 2018, construction never began. However, the City did work on improvements on the road, including resurfacing, crosswalks, pedestrian lights, landscaping and more.
