A little bit of the Cedars is coming to Lakewood.

Full Circle Tavern is getting ready to open its second location at 6341 La Vista Drive, where the Ginger Man and Angelo’s previously had homes. The gastropub plans to start serving American fare and local brews by early 2019.

The menu will feature the likes of the Gobble Gobble, which essentially is “Thanksgiving on a bun,” and the Oktoberfest, a smoked sausage sandwich served on a pretzel bun.

“It’s all very approachable food,” Whittington told the Advocate.

Owner Lara Whittington told Eater Dallas that the space will be revamped and “pay homage to the neighborhood.” She wants the pub’s vibe to be comfortable and friendly, with an “everyone-knows-your-name mentality,” she says.

“We love Lakewood, and always felt like Lakewood was home. When we were approached [by the landlord of the property], the spot felt really right,” Whittington told Eater.

Correction: A previous version of the article stated that Full Circle Tavern serves Italian-inspired fare, which is incorrect. We’ve updated the article with the correct information.
