Show support of Tietze Park and/or veterans by buying a personalized brick.
At a Veterans Day gathering, Friends of Tietze Park Foundation announced a veteran memorial component of their engraved brick fundraising program.
The program is explained in detail on the Lakewood Heights Neighborhood Association website, along with an order form.
The brick program offers supporters of East Dallas’ Tietze Park personalized squares at the park plaza for $50-$150 each.
The new veterans section will include a centerpiece bearing the words, “Those Who Served.” Veterans who purchase a brick receive a $5 discount. Existing bricks dedicated to military veterans may be moved to the new section.
