Construction has finally begun on Project Pie, the new “fast casual custom pizza restaurant” coming to Lowest Greenville. We first heard Project Pie was planning to open between Steel City Pops and Remedy about a year ago. After months of no activity at the location, things are finally moving forward.
Project Pie is the brainchild of James Markham, who opened Mod Pizza in Seattle and Pieology in California. His website claims he “pioneered the category” of fast casual custom pizza.
