Things have been pretty quiet over at Gaston-Garland-Grand since September when it was announced that Luke’s Locker would anchor the new 80,000-square-foot retail center known as Arboretum Village, along with Ace Hardware and The Fresh Market.
Now, Lincoln Property Co. finally has begun demolition of the old strip center, the DMN business blog reports.
Some clues to what the shopping center will look like may lie in some of Lincoln’s other projects such as Turtle Creek Village, which also will have a Fresh Market anchor.
