Casa Linda Estates neighbors are coming together to oppose a planned assisted-livin development at Hermosa and Tranquilla. The upscale facility, from developers David Goldstein and Dean Krasovitsky, would house eight residents.

Homeowners oppose the development, which is under construction, beause it is zoned single-family residential. The building permit is for a single-family residence, and the city has stopped work on the project until the developers amend their permit.
