Broker Michael Turner, of commercial real estate firm J. Elmer Turner, previously said lease negotiations were underway for the former Mrs. Hargrave’s Cafe, at 3302 Swiss Circle in East Dallas. The property has since been sold to SRRS Capital LLC, according to a Dallas Central Appraisal District search. A request for comment was not immediately returned.

Preservation Dallas Executive Director David Preziosi said the building, which was once a streetcar stop, was painted black after it was restored, but it remains unoccupied.
