The transformation of an East Dallas school into a modern mixed-use center is complete.
Fort Worth developer M2G Ventures converted a former Texans Can Academies campus into the Bogart on Ross, complete with offices, a sculpture garden and a coffee shop.
Construction on the three-story, 50,000-square-foot building at 4621 Ross Ave. began last year.
“The design of the redevelopment far exceeded our expectations in reality,” Susan Gruppi, co-president of M2G Ventures, said in a statement to the Dallas Morning News. “We are most excited to showcase the curated collection of museum-quality art throughout the project. The unique amenity spaces and exclusive address have already piqued the interest from headquarter potentials to intimate studio users wanting the light-filled open spaces to private offices.”
The first tenant is the law firm Savrick Schumann Johnson McGarr Kaminski & Shirley LLP, the Morning News reported.
