After a long evening of soccer practice, my family and I went to one of our favorite eateries, Baker Bros. I love their salads due mostly to the large size and great value. Normally my wife gets the half salad and I go head first into the full size.

Well, Baker Bros has done away with the big salads. They only have one size now. According to the worker there, they took the half salad and added a little more lettuce and made that the new "one size for all". They increased the price (from the half salad), but it is about .50 cheaper than the old full size salad. When your biggest claim to fame is the large salads you serve, why do you get away from that?

I say bad move. Maybe I will try the salad at Freebirds instead.

When we left, I also noticed that Baskin Robbins is setting up shop next to Fuddruckers. For that I (and my kids) say hooray!
