Here’s a little update on the National Association of Home Builders’ Tour of Green Homes Friday. Architect Gary Olp of GGO Architects designed and lives in the house at 9744 Northcliff Drive, which in 2006 won the Energy Value Housing Award for most efficient home in a hot climate.
By the way, the picture on the right is a rendering of another house on the tour. It’s a luxury home Bailey Family Builders is constructing at 5 Nonesuch Road. It is designed by RC3D.
