You might have to sign up with the Morning News to read this story, but it’s worth the free registration. Joyce Harris (a longtime News writer who was there in the 1980s when I was there) has compiled a list of restaurant peoples’ pet peeves concerning their customers. I read through it, and there’s a lot of truth to what they are saying. I don’t think I’ve been an offender, but I certainly have been seen much of what they say first-hand in and around the neighborhood.
