Gabby DeRouen, who stars as Fanny Brice in Woodrow Wilson High School’s spring musical “Funny Girl,” performed “Don’t Rain On My Parade” on Good Morning Texas WFAA 8. “Funny Girl” started yesterday and will run until tomorrow. Check out the website for event details.
Developers scraping their plans to build a restaurant at White Rock Lake is the news of the hour. Advocate reporter Emily Toman posted a story last night, as did the Dallas Morning News, KERA News, the Dallas Observer, My FOX DFW, and D Magazine. This morning, CBS DFW ran a story as well.
Last weekend the Woodrow Wilson softball team defeated Hillcrest High School by a score of 13-3. The victory secured a tie with Bryan Adams High School for the 12-4A District Championship, according to The Dallas Morning News.
