City Council District 9 candidate Sam Merten ranked last among the five candidates in his speed score, taking almost a minute longer than the candidate who ranked fourth, Will Logg. We’ll chalk that up to Merten’s reporting background at the Observer; he likes to give thorough responses and has a tendency to reflect the questions as part of his answer. He’s the only candidate who turns to Twitter for daily news, and also the only one who quickly understood our Zach Galifianakis reference.
