District 9 City Council candidate Christopher Jackson can claim foreign language dominance over his opponents, as the lightning round reveals his fluency in three (his footnote that they are “dead” languages notwithstanding). Little known fact: He also majored in two of them. Jackson earned second place in our lightning round speed score; his opponent Mark Clayton eked out the win by answering our questions 6 seconds quicker than Jackson.
