Ah, the difference a vowel makes. We just noticed that a new restaurant, Urbino, is set to open soon in the same shopping center as Veritas Wine Bar and Natsumi on Henderson. The Web site doesn’t tell us much, except that it’s a pizza and pasta place. The planned restaurant is about a mile from Urbano Paninoteca, which also serves Italian fare.
In case it’s not obvious, "urbano" is the Itaian word for "urban." Urbino is a Rennaisance era walled city in Italy. So, see? Big difference.
