If you don’t know who he is already, meet Chef John Tesar, a returning contestant to season 14 of Top Chef and creator of Knife, a steakhouse in East Dallas. He’s also the mastermind of an incredibly unique dining experience coming to Dallas.

Tesar will be bringing a mix of seafood dishes to the city at secret locations that will be limited to 16 guests per night. The where and when of the dinners will only be revealed the day before each event.

For those interested in being a part of the dining experience, keep Oct. 28, Nov. 9, Nov. 14 and Nov. 17 open—these are the days the dinners will be happening while the last day will be a “special John Tesar birthday dinner,” according to a press release.

Dates for more dinners will be announced throughout the holiday season.

“Seafood has always been one of my culinary passions, and I’m truly excited to offer these events as an opportunity to cook my guests some of their favorite seafood dishes, as well as mine, from Spoon,” Tesar said in a press release.

Each dinner will be revived from the menu of the Spoon Bar & Restaurant, Tesar’s Dallas-based restaurant that closed in 2014.

The dinners cost $135 per person or $200 with the inclusion of wine pairings, gratuity not included.

Tickets for the dinners can be purchased here.
