From what I hear, a lot of neighbors really enjoyed the White Rock Lake festival last weekend with all its fun, food and live tunes. (Hint: you might even see some photos in an upcoming Advocate). Organizers did a fine job — but a Back Talk visitor posed a good question: who’s gonna take down all those signs scattered about the neighborhood? I gave it a couple days before bringing it up … but it’s Wednesday night and the signs for last weekend’s party are still up (at least) all along Buckner.
