Del Shores’ new movie, “Blues for Willadean,” opens at the Angelika at Mockingbird Station Friday, Sept. 26.
Family Fun Weekend at the Dallas Arboretum is Saturday, Sept. 27, and Sunday, Sept. 28. Kids can trick-or-treat through the Small Houses of Great Artists exhibit. There will also be a magician, petting zoo and face painting from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
The Texas Custom Bicycle Show is from 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Club Dada. The free show features handmade bicycles from all over the state. This is the first year the show has come to Dallas after three years in Austin.
Party Static, Midnight Movie and Yells At Eels performs during a free Halloween party at Good Records from 7-11 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27.
