Seven residents were displaced when a fire ignited Sunday at The Village apartments, authorities said.
Dallas Fire-Rescue responded just before 6:30 p.m. to a two-story apartment building at 8285 Southwestern Blvd.
Firefighters saw flames coming from the first and second floors. They extinguished the fire in about half an hour. At least two units were damaged, Dallas Fire-Rescue spokesman Jason Evans said.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is still being determined.
