Another company has made the move to Deep Ellum.

Worldwide Express, a logistics and technology company supporting small- to mid-size business in the United States, is moving its office from Victory Park to The Stack.

Currently located at One Victory Park, Worldwide Express agreed to a 10-year lease for 24,480 square feet at The Stack, a 16-story, mixed-use office building.

The lease includes the entire 15th floor and will give Worldwide Express employees access to many amenities. More than 75 restaurants are within walking distance of the office building, which has received Well certification. It also has a terrace on the 10th floor with views of the Dallas skyline, as well as a fitness center and coffee/cocktail lounge.

Deep Ellum Blues Alley, a collection of murals, is on display on the back of The Stack at 2700 Commerce Street.

The Stack is one of a few office buildings that have been popping up in Deep Ellum in recent years. The office tower at The Epic, where Uber leases space, office tower contains 251,000 square feet of workspace.

Hines, a global real estate investment firm involved with The Stack, sold One Victory Park in January 2018.
