After a series of pop-ups and five years in the making, Swizzle will open Nov. 4 at 1802 Greenville Ave.

The bar was set to debut in March, but the opening was delayed because of the coronavirus, Eater reported. Bars in Dallas County remain closed, so Swizzle will operate as a restaurant.

Guests must make reservations for two-hour time slots, according to its website. Each reservation comes with 1.5 hours of dining or cocktail time to ensure extra time for cleaning between groups. The four reservation times begin at 4 p.m., 6 p.m., 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.

Everyone must remain seated at socially distanced tables and wear masks when using the restroom or admiring the decor. Temperature checks will be taken upon arrival.

Now, back to the fun! Swizzle will serve a menu of Hawaiian dishes, including chicken katsu, Spam snack platters and Dole Whip, according to Eater. And, of course, there will be plenty of umbrella drinks, mai tais and signature cocktails.

Not ready to eat inside? Try one of Swizzle’s to-go cocktails.
